Experiencing back pain when you run? Or need to build the muscles surrounding your legs, hips and back? This program is for clients who have already seen their Physiotherapist or Dr and have been given approval for the first stages of weight baring exercises. Here you will be working in limited ranges of motion (60 degrees max) and will be performing mostly Isometric exercises.
