Included: Weight sessions including upper body - lower body - running conditioning Power development Mobility and stretching Recovery days The program is fully self driven and can be moved around on days if need be. Each Week has % of increments on the power and weight of the exercises prescribed. As a pre-season program, it is very heavy weights dominant with all measurements based on your 1RM.
