This is the Hamilton Sport Science Weight Management Course. This 90 day journey will get you feeling fitter, healthier and happier in your body. This program is build for all levels of fitness. It is a framework of movement to get your body adapting to the physiological demands of todays society while following a few basic rules. To start you will need the basics of equipment from the Hamilton FITbag. If you don't have this or cannot get one because you live outside Dubai, Please get your hands on some resistance bands, mini bands and a workout matt. Access to a gym is not necessary but will be great for the strength days. We Recommend strongly that you contact after you have registered for your meal planning and calorie intake. This program will 100% get your body burning calories but you need to be aware of your calorie intake. If you don't use a meal planning company, Please download myfitnesspal on the app store. If you have any further questions on meal planning and calorie expenditure, please don't hesitate to contact us. Each day will have a either Cardio, Steps, Workout or Rest.
